Since its inception, Compassionate Management Care, Inc. has helped provide case management services to numerous elderly residents in Brevard County, Florida. (Click here to view map of Brevard County, Florida).  As a registered nurse with home health care experience, Ms. Ledene has firsthand knowledge of the difficulties that result from an aging relative and the importance of having a plan to  provide basic services.  Graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, Ms. Ledene has over 13 years experience with the geriatric population.   She has experience in the hospital setting as well as case management services with Medicare certified home health agencies.  Ms. Ledene is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM).  NAPGCM promotes the highest standards of practice and has been a leader nationally in issues affecting elder care.  Ms. Ledene is also a member of the Junior League of South Brevard and participates in numerous conferences geared towards geriatric problems.
